Stan Smallwood, CRNP
Stan is a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner who has 19 years as a FNP along with 20 years combined experience as a RN and Respiratory Therapist. His areas of interest include adult primary care, diabetes, hypertension, and cardiac. When not working he enjoys being outdoors and watching sports.
